| The Idea! It's Good to be King! |
"Doctor King, I bow down before you." Said the common man as he gestured in an orderly, most courteous kind of way.
"Oh high and mighty fellow. Keeper of all who are lowly and live with misfortune. You are the one that we turn to when times are
bleak and times show us nothing but more dastardly tidings." This common man too bent in a posture of adoration to his king.
Another subservient stood up and tucked his shirt within his trousers, ready to cower in the sight of this Kingsly aura. Never had he
seen such a gathering or such festivities on such a grand scale. This man was from a province where they honored their government
officials. A place where respect was given when respect was earned. But that was not the way of this land he stood in on this date.
This was a land where might, made right. Where a King was beyond reproach and stood in high regard from all that stood before him.
Ha, what they thought and did behind the backs of the ruling class was another matter totally.
